Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

This right is subject to applicable exclusions under EU consumer protection regulations.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
